Junior worked for a family owned and operated company who was in business for more than a hundred years. Then, in 2010, he found out he was having his first child, a son. That’s when he decided to start his own company. He only had one truck, an enclosed trailer, and worked by himself out of his home in Pleasantville. After a year of dedicated working non-stop, he moved his operation just around the corner to his new home in Egg Harbor Township. Unfortunately, the townships’ zoning officer issued Junior’s Mechanical Services a cease-and-desist summons and force him to relocate the business. He rented an office space at 6638 Delilah Rd in EHT while storing his equipment at Extra Space storage across the street. He gradually grew the business which forced him to move to a bigger facility. He patiently perused the purchase of the old Modern Gas building less than 1,000 ft across the intersection. The building looked nothing like it does today! It had been abandoned for 5 years and inhabitable. Junior and his team were forced to renovate and restored the facility to a desirable and safe environment.
